Who can believe that 2012 is already here?  Hope everyone is enjoying the winter weather.  Looks like we are going to get hit with some really cold weather soon.  Bundle up!!  Keep those horses warm. 

 

At the January Board Meeting the 2012 show dates and classes were discussed.  The final show bill be will ready at the February meeting and at that time it will be posted on the web site for everyone to view.  We have added more pee-wee classes, gaited classes and pony cart classes. I think it will be a fun season.  Hope everyone plans to come out to show and enjoy this show season.

 

Our President, Shelly Miller, is fighting cancer.  Please remember Shelly and her family in your thoughts and prayers.  She is currently going through chemo therapy, but is doing as good as can be expected at this point. 

 

Shelly is donating a real nice saddle to the Club to be raffled off during the year.  Soon as we get some pictures taken, they will be on the web also. The saddle will be at all our shows at the SW shows where we will be selling tickets.  The winner will be drawn during the last show of the season.   Thank you so very much Shelly.

 

Don't forget to pay your 2012 membership dues at the next general membership meeting.  I am going to put each members birthday on our web under upcoming events, so be sure and write your birthday date on your membership. Don't want to leave your special date off!!
